Dnipro, Ukraine (AA) - In a document from the US Embassy in Ukraine, it is revealed that the US Department of Defense spent nearly $2 million dollars creating a bio laboratory that had permission to work with highly dangerous pathogens.

At the bottom of the document it states that the cost of the laboratory required an investment of $1,935,557 and the laboratory was "allowed to work with SNPs (especially unsafe pathogens).
This finding comes in light of the mainstream media coverage of bioweapons labs worldwide and in particular in Ukraine. A few journalists have been early to the bioweapon lab party, but by and large this topic was almost untouched until recently.
