The Wolfe of State Street - Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe
Wisconsin Election Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe has been under fire since the contentious 2020 U.S. Presidential election. Her term was extended singlehandedly by a female judge to 2027.
In a criminal complaint submitted by Peter Bernegger of Waupaca County, Wisconsin, to Sheriff Timothy R. Wilz of Waupaca County on August 30th, 2023, it is alleged that seven people and three companies committed crimes which pertain to the illegal distribution of personally identifiable information (PII) of Wisconsinites to unauthorized third parties.

The defendants listed in the criminal complaint include the following:
Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) Administrator Meagan Wolfe, of Madison, Wisconsin.
Robert Kehoe, WEC Deputy Administrator.
CEIR Director Kevin Kennedy, Of Middleton, Wisconsin.
ERIC Executive Director Shane Hamlin, of Olympia, Washington.
‘Everyone Counts’ representative, Lori Steele Contorner of La Jolla, California.
Technical Liaison and Systems Engineer at Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc. (ERIC), Ericka Hass, of Salem, Oregon.
Systems & Data Specialist at Eric, Inc, Sarah Whitt, of Madison, Wisconsin.
Meagan Wolfe was voted out of her position by Wisconsin Republicans before a female judge reinstated her to her position indefinitely.
“Free and fair elections are a foundational component of political freedom; to protect this crucial function, constant vigilance is required. By ignoring the plain language of Wisconsin elections law(s), Meagan Wolfe failed to accomplish the most critical function of her position as thhe state’s chief election official.”
New York Jew Appointed by Meagan Wolfe for Wisconsin Election
Meagan Wolfe issued approval for a non-Wisconsinite, a New York Jew named Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, to act in an important electoral role in the state of Wisconsin.
“In 2020, Ms. Wolfe approved and facilitated New York resident, Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein of the National Vote at Home Institute (NVAHI), to perform election official duties despite his lack of training, certification, and taking the oath of office— all of which are required to work Wisconsin elections.”
Spitzer-Rubenstein is from Brooklyn, New York City, New York and is an almnus of the New York University (NYU) Stern School of Business.
“The National Vote at Home Institute is a 501c3 organization that aims to increase voters’ access to, use of, and confidence in voting at home — in which voters receive mailed out paper ballots; return them either by postage-free mail or inperson to a wide range of accessible, convenient and secure locations; and track them online, in real-time, to ensure their vote is counted.”
Included on the “Circle of Advisors” for the non-profit, Vote At Home, is Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Center for Technology and Civic Life Founder, Tiana Epps-Johnson, and Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold.
Spitzer-Rubenstein has elementary level linguistic ability in Hebrew, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Also in the criminal complaint, Bernegger stated that his own information was included in this illegal distribution.
Bernegger goes on to provide the factual background behind his complaint, which includes Meagan Wolfe’s role as the Administrator of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and the state’s de jure Chief Election Officer.
“Wolfe was also mandated by Statute 85.61 to sign a contract with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Despite being told to do so by state auditors in 2021, she still did not sign the DOT contract,” the criminal complaint said.
Bernegger requested an investigation and arrest and prosecution of the aforementioned parties, and, should the allegations be substantiated, a bequeathing of appropriate penalties.
On August 29th, 2023, Kelly Clark testified in a public hearing in front of the Wisconsin Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protecting about Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) Administrator, Meagan Wolfe, whose term was extended by a female judge to July 1st, 2027.

“This complaint is submitted in good faith and with the expectation that appropriate legal action will be taken to investigate and address these serious allegations. To protect my PII and help protect all registered voters in our state.”
Bernegger’s criminal complaint was submitted on August 30, 2023.
“Legal challenges were sent into the City of Milwaukeee’s new election clerk today,” Bernegger said in a tweet. “An Active list was purchased from the Wis Election Commission, we found:
Dane County Circuit Judge Ann Peacock ruled that Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) administrator Meagan Wolfe is “legally holding over in her position” in a decision which blocked Republican legislators from taking actions to oust her.
In September 2023, the Wisconsin state Senate party-line voted for a rejection of the appointment of Wolfe, minutes after which, Democratic Attorney General (AG) Josh Kaul filed a lawsuit which asked a judge to block Republican legislative leaders from appointing a new administrator and to declare Wolfe the administrator, arguing thath the Senate held no power to oust Wolfe. Wolfe stated she would only leave her position if ordered by the court.

Peacock was appointed by Governor Tony Evers (D) on August 2nd, 2023 in order to fill the vacancy left by Judge Chris Taylor’s election to the Court of Appeals -District IV. Peacock’s interim term ends on July 31st, 2024, however, she successfully ran for re-election for the judgeship of Dane County Circuit Court- Branch 12 on April 2nd, 2024.
Wolfe was appointed in 2018, before she later was voted out of her position as Wisconsin elections chief on September 14th, 2024.
On November 2nd, 2023, the Wisconsin House Speaker advanced Articles of Impeachment which were filed against Wolfe in her capacity as Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) Administrator.
Unsurprisingly, Wolfe has been a darling of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the mainstream media (MSM) in Wisconsin since the 2020 election.
For some strange reason, Ballotpedia, the online encyclopedia of American politics, does not have a profile of Meagan Wolfe.
‘The Attorney General Tried and Failed to Protect Wolfe’
Ann Jacobs, the female chair of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), is now attempting to LARP the idea that Meagan Wolfe’s security is in serious jeopardy.
Jacobs did not specify or prove exactly what the “threats” were which she referred to.
“My hope is those threats dissipate. I’m not necessarily optimistic about that,” Jacobs alleged.
When asked about specifics regarding the “threats",” Jacobs stated," “We have been told to not be too specific.”
Dane County Clerk Scott McDonnell Snitches to Feds
A woman named from McFarland in Dane County named Kristen Lombard also testified in the August 29th, 2023 public hearing before the Wisconsin Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protectin regarding Meagan Wolfe in her capacity as Administrator of the WEC.
“By way of personal anecdote what I’d like to do is lay out for you a picture of the climate that has been created under Megean Wolfe’s quote-end quote ‘leadership,’” Lombard began.
“Several months ago, sometime early this spring, i became concerned about the process involved in maintaing the voting machines here in Dane County, concerned that the maintenance might erase the data that was on those machines that could potentially prove fraud,” Lombard continued.
“I constructed three questions that could be sent to municipal clerks in Dane County. What we very quickly began to note was there was a remarkable similarity in the answers that were coming back from Dane County municiapl clerks,” Lombard said. “In order to find out why that was the case I submitted an Open Record request to a number of those clerks as well as to the Dane County clerk’s office, looking for correspondence that might have been occuring between [clerks],” Lombard stated.
“What the fruit of that Open Words request was, is that there indeed had been communication between the Dane County clerks and the municipal clerks here. In fact, I have it in black-and-white—-I didn’t think I was going to be speaking today or I would have brought the exhibits—but I have it in black-and-white; that Dane County clerk Scott McDonnell actually consulted with the Dane County Corporation Council to develop answers that the municiapl clerks in this county could use,” Lombard said. “He clearly did not like the questions that were being asked. They were uncomfortable for him and so he, he worked with the corporation council to develop answers that were comfortable for him.”
It is worthy to note that McDonnell is not from Wisconsin. He is from Washington D.C. and the Maryland area, and now he’s been the county clerk for the capital city of Wisconsin’s county since 2013.
“He also, frankly, told those municipal clerks that if they wished, they could simply ignore the questions that were coming to them because they weren’t framed in the context of a formal Open Records Request. Now, I find that shocking, to say the least; that a county clerk would advise municipal clerks,—they don’t work for him incidentally, they work for the people of their communities- but that he would advise them that they could simply ignore the questions of sovereign citizens who have a right to ask those questions,” Lombard said.
“Because I discovered that information I actually developed an expanded list of questions which I then persoonally began to send out to a long list of municpal clerks here in Dane County,” Lombard elaborated. “Most of those clerks did not respond with answers.”
i just very amicably asked my list of questions,” Lombard continued. “Again I started to see similarites where it was clear that the clerks were relying on these answers that had been previously sent out by Clerk McDonnell,” Lombard said.
