Former 9th Special Forces Group operator, Major Jeffrey Prather (RET.), and independent investigative reporter, George Webb, had a chance for a discussion with Ivan Raiklin about comments Raiklin made regarding the SWATTing of Deep State personnel.
ICYMI: I, Addy Adds, spoke with Ivan Raiklin in January of 2023 in a video I published on the Addy Adds Rumble channel entitled, “Counterintelligence on Kevin McCarthy.”
Webb and Prather spoke for a few minutes before Raiklin joined the pair.
“When Ivan went on Alex Jones and said there is an assassination of a candidate, there immediately would be reprisal by the people. I immediately denounced that because I’m always saying, ‘Nothing illegal, immoral, unethical or violent,’ although the left does continue to do that openly.
Prather opined that making use of the American right to bear arms against the federal government would be a tactical and strategic blunder for the patriots.
“Plus we’re playing right into their hands. If we do that, that’s driving onto the X. That’s Fallujah, with the Blackwater guys,” Prather added.
After Raiklin joined my mentors in the discussion, Prather then asked Raiklin about his motive behind his SWAT team statement.
“Let’s say the target list is legitimate. Why announce it like that? Because you want attention from the enemy? Thats what youre saying? The dangle?
“I’ve transitioned from poking the bear to ice-picking the bear, in a proverbial sense,” Raiklin replied.
“That was subsequently illegally certified on January 6th without a quorum on January 6th and Mike Pence, Nancy Pelosi, the sergeant at arms
“That Derek Johnson Devolution stuff is garbage. There was a Q thing with Ezra Cohen Watnik,” Prather said.
Prather brought the recent Substack article which Webb published about General Michael Flynn and former President Donald Trump, entitled “
“I don’t really like that title [CIA Will Substitue Flynn for Trump], because Flynn and I were DIA, but maybe it’s CIA running it now.”
Raiklin also brought up the fact he has been working with Georgia House Rep. Barry Loudermlk (R-GA-11).
“By the way, I have been working with Loudermilk and his subcommittee since the end of January of last year ,” Raiklin added.
“In my experience the congressional investigators are low-powered, understaffed and not hard hitters,” Prather responded.
The Major then asked in a follow-up about the topic which initially brought the trio together.
I wrote about Prather in my literary debut, Public Intelligence: The Rise of Synergistic Truth (2021) and have been in contact with him since I found a video of him discussing Jeff Epstein in 2020.
“Your statements the last week were creating the leverage for you?” Prather asked in reference to the SWATting comments.
“The short answer is yes, and I’ll give you why,” Raiklin replied. “This is my assessment. I have gotten text messages from members of Congress, from former and current sheriffs and offices from attorneys general offices. So, that’s the response that I’ve been getting [since the SWAT comments].”
Prather followed up with a question about Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who assumed officed in September 2023 and whose term will run until January 1st, 2027.
“You may not want to answer this but if I were you I would be going to see Paxton right now, and I’ve tried to get Paxton on [my show] and I’ve talked to his staff after he’s followed me on Twitter. But that’s where I would be, but you may not want to answer that.”
“You’re very right,” Raikloin replied. “I’m going to acknowledge what you just said. I acknowledge that you just made some sounds and I heard them.”
The discussion touched on one Judge Sullivan, who was assigned the Michael Flynn trial.

Webb has been going after Raiklin over the past week after the so called “nostril cam” video which featured Raiklin advocating for SWATting of members of an alleged list of Deep State coconspirators.
I can establish that Raiklin is at least loosely connected with Noel Fritsch, the disrepute publisher of National File, who is business partners with Australian national citizen and Paraguay resident, Luke Thorburn.
National File features Raiklin’s work regularly on its website, however, it is likely and indeed, even probable, that Fritsch and Thorburn have simply just been attempting to use talent, aka Raiklin and his social media clout, in order to bolster their blog. In other words, using the work of another to facilitate their own agenda, exactly as the pair did with the work I did in Brazil. There are people who have talent and there are people who try to manage talent.
