A search on the domain search engine, Whoxy, revealed that Lionel Ni was the owner of angoya.com, and the email address to which the domain was registered, ni@cse.ust.hk, is an email for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). That email address in turn was connected to www.56iq.com‘s Interstellar Network Technology Co., Ltd., a company for which Chris Chai is the registered agent.
Interstellar 56iq is a “US-owned enterprise” and application programming interface (API) that can support facial recognition, banking, and communication software on a variety of computer devices.
